TELUS Ocean is an iconic 10-storey landmark in the heart of Victoria’s downtown and Inner Harbour. Its striking glass prism form features a distinctive sawtooth design inspired by a ship cutting through ocean waves, creating a dynamic architectural presence on the waterfront.

This project showcases the seamless integration of Speedwall and Curtain Wall, which share the same framing and allow smooth transitions between opaque and glazed envelope sections.

With panel spans reaching 16 feet vertically, the building was designed to achieve a TEDI target of 20 and comply with BC Energy Step Code 4, demonstrating that architectural complexity and high performance can be achieved within a single envelope solution.
