Users may, at any time, revoke the consent to release or collect personal information. Data will be stored for an undetermined length of time until request is received for data to be removed.

• All personal data collected will be used for recruitment purposes
• Data will be collected through our Talent Management Software called Clear Company Inc.
• Data will be shared internally and with Clear Company Inc. solemnly during the recruitment process
• Once hired, Data will be stored within our internal payroll system (Avanti) and HR databases (Box and Smartsheet) if required for Immigration purposes.
c) Data Protection Officers
For questions or complaints regarding personal information, users are encouraged to email human.resources@flynncompanies.com. A member of the Data Privacy team will respond accordingly.
d) Right to erasure
• Individuals have the right to have their personal data erased upon request
• Individuals have the right to transfer their data to another user upon request
• Individuals can make a request for erasure or transfers verbally or in writing.
• All requests will be processed within a one-month time period

e) Right to rectification
• Individuals have the right to rectify any inaccurate personal data or to complete if it is incomplete.
• Individuals can make a request for rectification verbally or in writing.

f) Right to restrict processing
• Depending on the circumstance, Individuals have the right to request the restriction or suppression of their personal data.
• In cases where processing is restricted, personal data is permitted to be stored, but not used.

g) Personal Data Breach
• In the event of a data breach, users will be identifies without undue delay of the company being aware of such breach
• Company will provide reasonable assistance in investigating and remedying situation

In working for Flynn Canada Ltd, employees shall not divulge, disclose, provide or disseminate Confidential Information to any third party not employed by Flynn Canada Ltd at any time, unless Flynn Canada Ltd gives written authorization.
