The 78,000 sf project is a three-story transparent, open and inviting space. Flynn installed Morin sing skin metal wall panels on the exterior of the building. Inside, Flynn installed custom perforated aluminum panels by Zahner. The various perforation
patterns create a different appearance on each floor.
