2 ply Inverted Bituminous Membrane Roof System with SRI white pavers. The project was very challenging due to site logistics (at the base of the CN Tower) with limited access due to pedestrian, construction and vehicular traffic. Another challenge was the laying out and installation of the shark design on the roof using low contrast charcoal coloured pavers on the roof. The Flynn crew did an exceptional job laying out the pavers on the oddly-shaped roof.
