Nicknamed the “Power Tower”, Epcor Tower was the first new high-rise office structure to be built in Edmonton in over 17 years and is the first of 4 towers forming the high-rise component of the 2.5 million ft2 Station Lands multi-use development. Flynn joined the development team from day one, assisting in the design, scheduling and value engineering of approximately 300,000 ft2 of triple-glazed, pre-glazed unitized curtain wall, panelized guardrails, composite panels and paver roofing system.
