The building is over 7 storeys and 78,000 sqft. Flynn worked alongside the developers design and construction team to deliver a total envelope solution for the building, with an unique feature elevation all in Flynn pre-glazed unitized curtain wall and Flynn Axiom panel. In addition to the glazed envelope Flynn also completed the roofing and green roofs to the main roof and the large pedestrian canopy roof which is over looked by 6 floors of office space. In addition to the environmental benefits of the canopy green roof it also provides a pleasant vista for the building occupants.
