The British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) Tall Timber Student Housing project is the first to feature Flynn’s new modular wall product: Speedwall.

Speedwall modules are completely self-framed, sealed, and insulated in Flynn’s manufacturing facility, with all windows, doors, and exterior cladding pre-installed. This allows for a game-changing reduction in installation time and complexity.

The BCIT Tall Timber Student Housing project will provide 470 students with affordable on-campus housing.
