Chosen by the luxury boutique Thompson Hotel Group as the location for their first development outside of the continental United States, 550 Wellington continues Toronto’s endeavors for recognition on the world city stage. The project also houses modern, loft style condominium units which sit very much in line with its trendy west side location.

Flynn worked closely with the design team and helped develop a unique, seamlessly integrated venting system within our curtain wall framing and supplied and installed 60,000 ft2 of unitized pre-glazed curtain wall and self-supporting structural glass walls.
