We are pleased to announce that Flynn and Jabral Inc. have entered into a Letter of Intent to combine their operations.

The Flynn Group is North America’s leading Building Envelope contractor and this move creates new opportunities for both companies.

Flynn, headquartered in Toronto, is currently celebrating its 40th year in business, and has been expanding in the US market since 2014.  “Jabral represents another opportunity for Flynn to team up with a well established, successful company,” stated Jerry Schaefer, President of Flynn U.S. Operations.

Jabral was founded in 1961 as a family-owned caulking contractor. Today the company is owned by third generation family member Lonny Mills. The company’s scope of work now includes Restoration/Re-caulk & Cleaning; Air/Moisture/Vapor Barriers; Waterproofing; Joint Sealants; Expansion Control; and Pedestrian & Vehicular Traffic Coatings.

Jabral and Flynn have a long history of partnering on projects in the Kansas City area and each are very familiar with the other’s process, culture and leadership. As a result, this merger was a natural business progression. Lonny will become a Flynn shareholder and the manager of the Midwest Waterproofing Division.
