In terms of training, we’re developing best practices in process management and project management to enhance our efficiency and help us continue to provide great value to our clients and our employees.
At Flynn University, we’ve developed a curriculum that will help our employees enhance their business knowledge and grow as professionals. Our curriculum focuses on leadership, effective management skills, financial analysis, using technology effectively in business, branding strategy, effective client service, and more.
In addition to our in-house training, we encourage employee development by paying for continuing education courses, seminars, conferences, and other web-based learning methods. We also reach out to the families of our employees, offering eight annual scholarships for employees’ children enrolled in post-secondary education. The Association of Universities and Colleges of Canada (AUCC) helps administer applications and award the scholarships each year.
