Bilingual Receptionist/Administrator – Baltimore (Job Req. 011071)

Position Description

Job Responsibilities:
• Provide front office support in a personable and professional manner, greet guests, direct calls, monitor visitor access
• Perform data entry related to accounts payable activities (e.g. invoices, expense reports, etc.)
• Coordinate with finance department on completion of AP and general ledger duties
• Onboarding new hires including required documentation and verification
• Perform candidate pre-screening requirements and any follow-up needed
• Filing, photocopying and maintaining files
• Typing letters and documents
• Order office supplies
• Organizing incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages
• Back-up support for payroll timecard processing
• Maintains a safe and clean reception area
• Other administrative duties as required

Position Requirements

Skills Required:
• Previous reception experience
• Bilingual Spanish/English
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Must be organized and self-motivated with a sense of urgency
• Pleasant and professional phone manner
• Strong computer skills in the Microsoft office package; Word, Excel & Access
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced, team environment
